The RoleYou will provide first-class administrative support, working closely with the PA to the CEO and Chairman, while directly supporting a driven executive whose schedule is intense and ever-changing. Expect global travel arrangements, back-to-back diary management across time zones, and exposure to senior-level stakeholders in the business world.
ResponsibilitiesDiary and meeting management across multiple time zones, ensuring priorities are metPlanning complex international itineraries, adapting to last-minute changesInbox and correspondence management, document preparation and filingCompiling and submitting accurate expense reportsProviding occasional lunchtime reception cover, greeting clients and guestsSupporting with small events, dinners and client entertainingWhat We’re Looking ForIdeally Quest or Oxford Media Business School trained, with at least 6 months’ office or administrative experiencePolished, smartly presented and quick-witted, with the confidence to engage at CEO and Chairman levelResilient, with a strong sense of humour and the ability to stay calm under pressureHighly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong IT (MS Office) skillsRobust, adaptable and confident in a high-performance environmentThe FitThis role would suit someone at the start of their career who has the ambition, intellect and stamina to support one of the most demanding and inspiring executives in the industry.
