This position sits at the heart of the client''s transformation activity, supporting the delivery of key initiatives and ensuring innovation is effectively implemented, scaled, and sustained.Working closely with the Head of Transformation, you will help drive clarity, pace, and coordination across a dynamic portfolio of work.Key Responsibilities including general PA and administration duties including:Coordinate priorities, actions, and information flow to support effective decision-makingPrepare high-quality drafts, briefings, notes, and documentationSupport programme rollouts, including administrative, data, and reporting tasksMaintain plans, tracking systems, and process documentation to ensure consistency and visibilityContribute to the smooth running of transformation initiatives.Experience:Previous PA experience in a PA role or similar e.g. co-ordination in a professional service role or corporate business is essential.If you have any queries about the role contact Katie on .
