Personal Assistant

Your new company
This client is a bespoke tailoring business operating within the luxury sphere. The Founder is a pioneer in their craft and aims to drive both the business and industry forward. They operate predominantly from London''s West End and have now recognised a need for a Personal Assistant to join their business commencing on an interim basis with a view of converting to a permanent contract shortly thereafter.

Your new role
As the PA to the Founder, the role will include (but not be limited to) the following:

• Diary and calendar management for the Founder across multiple areas of UK business,
• Organisation of business travel including itineraries, visas, etc.
• Meeting and event coordination,
• Liaising with internal teams including Finance, and the Social Media / PR team,
• Ad hoc project assistance, including photo shoots, shows, newsletters, etc.

What you''ll need to succeed
Prior experience as a Personal / Executive Assistant is a necessity. Previous experience within the boutique retail sphere would be highly beneficial.
