Personal Assistant
Our client is currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines executive support, project coordination and operational administration.This is a Part-Time role (3-4 days per week), hybrid (50% onsite 50% remote working). Key Responsibilities for the Personal Assistant Providing executive support to the Managing DirectorManaging diaries, appointments and meeting schedulesPreparing reports, presentations and business documentsCoordinating business projects and tracking key actionMonitoring progress against deadlines and following up outstanding actionsManaging email correspondence and business communicationsAssisting with recruitment administration and onboarding activitiesSupporting contract, tender and compliance documentationLiaising with managers, suppliers and external stakeholdersAssisting with operational and administrative projects across the businessMaintaining accurate records, documents and filing systemSupporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the business Key Experience for the Personal Assistant Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator roleExceptional organisational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectivelyProfessional, confident and approachable mannerHigh level of discretion and ..... full job details .....
