Chalk Hill Group are supporting a growing SME operating in the Automotive sector and based in Southampton. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director.The RoleThis is a pivotal role at the heart of the business, providing dedicated support to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of their schedule and assisting with a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks.Key Responsibilities:Managing a busy and ever-changing diaryCoordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsActing as a key point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholdersPreparing documents, reports, and presentationsHandling confidential information with discretionSupporting with general administrative duties and ad hoc projectsAbout You:Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar Administrative positionAutomotive/Motor/Car Dealership sector experienceHighly organised with excellent attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAble to prioritise effectively and work independentlyDiscreet and professional with a high level of integrityProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)What is on offer:Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyleA supportive and collaborative working environmentOpportunity to work closely with senior leadership and influence ..... full job details .....
