He has a great-sense of humour and enjoys socialising more on a one-to one basis than in a crowd. Working schedule : Alternate weekends - Saturdays and Sundays 9-5.00pm and covering for staff holidays. appointments-and sickness etc. Mileage is paid for when covering at 40p per mile. No personal care involved. The gentleman has Employer Liability Insurance.The successful applicant will need a full Driver''s Licence and will be covered by Motability Car Insurance in order to drive him-to access his various interests and shopping The first few weeks of work would entail paid work-shadowing with another member of his support team (4 in total) to learn the role.
