I have a diagnosis of ASD and epilepsy, I reside in the Merthyr area with my mother. I am non-verbal, and able to use singular words to express my wants and needs and within school I can use PECs however can become frustrated when adults are unable to understand what I am trying to communicate. Sometimes I can display challenging behaviours and using minimal words and allowing me to have some space helps in these situations.
