Join our Care Leavers Team as a Personal Advisor and play a key role in supporting young people aged 16 to 25 across Cheshire East. Working within our corporate parenting responsibilities, you''ll build trusted relationships with care-experienced young people, helping them develop the skills, confidence and resilience needed to live independently and achieve their goals.
