As a member of the Here4U team you will have limitless opportunities to make a huge difference to the lives of young people (up to 25 years) who are leaving our care. The team support these young people to ensure they receive the best possible opportunities in life. In the Here4U Team you will be working directly with young people from age 16 - 25yrs old on a daily basis, building long term relationships supporting them to achieve their potential as adults. The pod that this role will be based in, will have particular emphasis on supporting our young people who have been in our care as Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC).
