You will manage the full permanent recruitment process, from identifying new business opportunities through to candidate attraction, interviews, offers and successful placements.Your responsibilities will include: Developing permanent recruitment business across Milton Keynes and NorthamptonIdentifying prospective clients through telephone, email, networking and local market researchArranging and attending client meetingsDeveloping long-term relationships with new and existing customersTaking detailed vacancy briefsAdvising clients on candidate availability, salaries and local market conditionsAdvertising vacancies through job boards, social media and recruitment platformsSourcing candidates through databases, networking, referrals and direct approachesInterviewing candidates and assessing their suitabilityPreparing candidate profiles, ..... full job details .....
