Process Coordinator (Operations and Maintenance Coordinator) Job Purpose The Process Coordinator is responsible for coordinating operational and maintenance activities across the site, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of planned maintenance and improvement projects. A key focus of this role is the management and control of the site''s Permit to Work (PTW) system, ensuring that all maintenance activities are appropriately planned, authorised, isolated, and executed in accordance with site standards and EHS requirements. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and Production teams, the Process Coordinator plays a critical role in work control, process isolation management, maintenance planning, and continuous improvement initiatives that support safe and reliable plant operation. Key Responsibilities Safety, Health and Environmental (EHS) Identify, establish and monitor EHS objectives relevant to the role and support compliance with site EHS targets and standards. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all maintenance and operational activities are conducted in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Participate in safety audits, inspections, incident investigations and corrective action programmes as required. Permit to Work and Work Control Issue, control, monitor and maintain the site''s Permit to Work (PTW) system.
