This is an opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional to coordinate risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work processes, helping ensure construction activities are planned and carried out safely.Role responsibilities and key skills:Coordinate the submission, review and approval of subcontractor and internal Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).Ensure RAMS are accurate, complete and approved before works commence.Maintain RAMS trackers, permit registers and document control systems.Manage the Permit to Work process, including excavation, hot works, electrical, confined space, lifting operations and working at height permits.Verify supporting documentation and ensure permits remain valid and current.Identify conflicting activities, outstanding approvals and gaps in documentation, escalating issues to site management.Support site inspections, audits and compliance with company procedures, client requirements and legislation.Liaise with project managers, engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and Health and Safety te...
