We are looking for an experienced-Strategic Account Manager-to develop and grow relationships with key clients, driving long-term business partnerships and identifying new opportunities.

You''ll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, translate them into technology solutions, and oversee the successful delivery of strategic programmes. This is a client-facing role requiring strong commercial awareness, relationship management, and the ability to manage complex accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships across key client accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and support account growth.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic projects and client engagements.
• Develop and maintain account plans and monitor performance.
• Lead contract renewals and support pre-sales activities.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate resources and drive client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years'' experience in Account Management, Sales, Consulting, or Project Management.
• At least 3 years'' experience within a technology or professional services environment.
• Proven experience managing large strategic accounts or programmes.
• Experience overseeing portfolios valued at -8m10m.
• Strong commercial, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of software development, technology solutions, and digital transformation.
• Comfortable working with multinational teams.
• Willingness to travel within the UK as required.

• Experience within the Retail sector.
• Experience working with large enterprise organisations.
