We are seeking a compassionate, reliable and motivated Permanent Support Worker to join an established team supporting a male client living with cerebral palsy in his family home in Horsham. This is a permanent employed role with guaranteed contracted hours of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Our client enjoys good conversation, social outings, football, meeting new people and gaming on his PlayStation. He uses a wheelchair in the community but can walk short distances with support and a walking aid. About the Role You will provide day-to-day support that promotes independence, wellbeing and community participation. Responsibilities include: Personal care support Mobility assistance Supporting daily routines Accompanying the client on social and community activities Promoting independence and choice Supporting meaningful activities and hobbies This role offers the opportunity to build a consistent working relationship with the client and join a dedicated, supportive team.
