      <description>Location: Chatham | Salary: &amp;pound;40000 - &amp;pound;50000/annum | Type: Permanent | Social Worker – Children with Disabilities Team – Medway Council     Location: Medway Council    Pay/Salary:  Up to £43,000 per annum   Office Working:  2 Days per week   Contract:  Permanent  We are currently working with Medway Council to find an experienced Social Worker for their Localities Team in the Children’s Services. With a stable management team and a mostly permanent workforce, Medway are looking for someone with solid experience to be able to pick up a caseload and support their service.
