As a Senior Social Worker, you\''ll:Hold oversight of children in care, including those in legal proceedings and those with long-term care plans.Build meaningful, strength-based relationships with children, families, and carers.Lead assessments, coordinate multi-agency approaches, and ensure effective planning.Mentor colleagues and support their development (opportunity to work towards Practice Educator qualification).This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where you\''ll collaborate closely with our Leaving Care Service and external partners to deliver the very best outcomes.About You
