Angel/ Islington Hours: Hybrid working - 2/3 days in office We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Senior Operations Manager to join an ambitious, purpose-led organisation at an exciting stage of growth. This is a pivotal role for a confident operator who thrives on bringing structure, clarity and momentum to a fast-moving SME consultancy, while strengthening systems, standards and operational infrastructure. You will lead a small team and work closely with senior leadership and specialist external partners, with a key focus on driving the transformation of Salesforce, improving data quality, reporting and business insight, and ensuring systems and processes support commercial and strategic priorities. Alongside this, you will provide oversight across IT and digital infrastructure, AI and automation, people operations, financial governance, quality, compliance, facilities and operational assurance. The successful candidate will bring significant experience within a senior operations, business management, practice management or similar leadership role, ideally gained within an SME consultancy, professional services or other entrepreneurial and growing organisation. Hands-on Salesforce experience is essential, including reporting, data quality, user adoption and the ability to lead a structured programme of enhancements and improvements.
