Permanent Recruitment Consultant

Rapid Resourcing Recruitment are looking for a Perm Recruitment Consultant.

We are already a thriving Industrial recruitment agency but want to expand into the permanent side of recruitment.

This is a new desk so will require someone who has the ability and the drive-to succeed in the recruitment world to build a sucessful profitable desk.-

What we are looking for-

• Proven recruitment sales experience.
• Expertise in managing and placing permanent staff across various roles.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple recruitment projects.
• Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am -5pm-
