Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The Role Working closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of multiple fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring profitability, contractual compliance and successful project delivery from inception through to final account. Key Responsibilities Manage project costs from contract award through to final account. Prepare budgets, forecasts, cost reports and commercial updates. Price, negotiate and manage project variations. Manage valuations, applications for payment, contractual notices and final accounts.
