Permanent Plumber

Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber for a permanent position based in Derby, working within building services maintenance. The role will involve a mixture of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and small installation works across building services plumbing systems.

Duties will include:

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems

• Reactive plumbing repairs and fault finding

• Carrying out small installation works

• Completing site paperwork, permits and maintenance records

• Working in line with health & safety procedures

• Providing a professional service when working on client sites

Requirements:

• City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum)

• Experience within building services plumbing / building services engineering

• Must quickly become familiar with procedures and paperwork including PPM planning, permits, etc.-

• Must have own basic hand tools and PPE

• Ability to work independently and manage workload

• Professional, reliable and presentable

• Strong customer service and communication skills
