This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety professional to play a key role in maintaining and continually improving health, safety, environmental and quality standards across a diverse portfolio of construction projects. The successful candidate will be office-based in Swansea with regular travel to sites throughout South Wales, working closely with operational teams, clients, subcontractors and senior management. Key Responsibilities Lead and promote a positive health and safety culture throughout the business. Carry out regular site inspections, audits and compliance reviews across multiple construction projects. Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and current legislation. Maintain and improve Integrated Management Systems, including ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
