Thrive Group is expanding its Permanent Recruitment Division and is looking for an experienced 360 Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

Whether you''re an established recruiter looking for a new challenge or have previously run your own recruitment desk or business, this is an opportunity to build your specialist market with the backing, infrastructure and support of an established recruitment company.
The Role

• Develop and grow your own specialist recruitment market.
• Win new business and build long-term client relationships.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development through to candidate placement.
• Identify and attract high-quality candidates within your specialist sector.
• Build a successful desk, generate repeat business and maximise earning potential.

About You

• Proven experience in 360 permanent recruitment.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Established specialist sector knowledge and an understanding of your market.
• A track record of winning business and delivering successful placements.
• A self-motivated, commercially minded approach with the ambition to grow your own desk.
