Your key responsibilities include:Processing instructions accurately from the instructing party.Conducting client triages and coordinating with medical professionals.Managing communications with clients, treatment providers, and other stakeholders.Documenting case histories meticulously on our case-management software.Taking ownership of cases to ensure timely completion and invoicing.
