Dream-Medical are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Practice Nurse to work at a busy GP surgery in the Doncaster area. The successful candidate must be able to perform all the standard Practice Nurse duties.Contact Person: sonia.browne@dream-medical.netJob Ref: dmshdon1Overall Purpose of the Role: The general practice nurse is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe and effective nursing care to the whole practice population. The focus of the role is the delivery of evidence-based practice for patients with long-term conditions and management and preventative nursing interventions to all patients.
