Peripatetic Service Manager - Mental Health Services

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader to join Milestones Trust''s Mental Health Division as a Peripatetic Service Manager. This is a varied and rewarding role providing leadership and management support across a range of mental health services in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. You will support services during periods of change, growth, development or management absence, offering operational oversight, leadership and support to teams working with people who have complex and enduring mental health needs. Your focus will be on ensuring high-quality, recovery-focused support, maintaining compliance and driving positive outcomes for the people we support. About the role As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, quality and compliance of your services. You will provide visible leadership, support the development of leaders and staff teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality support that promotes recovery, wellbeing and positive outcomes. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, commissioners, healthcare professionals, families and other stakeholders to ensure people receive coordinated, responsive and personalised support.
