OverviewAs a Peripatetic Nurse (RGN/RMN) at Barchester, you''ll travel across your region to deliver the high clinical standards we''re known for. You can expect a wide range of responsibilities, from helping new residents settle in, to advancing your team members'' skills, and developing care plans tailored to our residents'' physical and mental needs. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you''ll have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued and respected for what you do.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-disciplinary team across locations to maintain high clinical standards on every shift

Support new residents as they settle in and develop care plans tailored to individual needs

Advance team members'' skills through mentoring and supervision

About You

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration

Teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification

Strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks, including safe administration of medicines, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and NMC standards

Track record of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments

Dedicated, ambitious, with excellent communication skills to motivate teams
