Peripatetic Manager - Domiciliary Care

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to join a well established and reputable national provider of private home care. This role would suit an experienced Domiciliary Branch Manager seeking the opportunity to develop their career by providing support to branches across West Yorkshire and East Riding. In this role you will form part of the central support team, working within different branches as required on different projects whilst also providing cover for absences. With branches across England and Wales, they remain committed to maintaining smaller, quality led services focused on exceptional customer care rather than high volume provision. The RoleAs a Peripatetic Manager, you will support different branches in all areas of branch management to ensure they consistently provide safe, high-quality care whilst similarly delivering on financial KPI. This role requires an experienced domiciliary care professional who; enjoys problem solving and has the ability to engage and build rapport with teams. Alongside this you will also be commercially skilled, and adept in working with clients and their families.
