As the Peripatetic Manager your Key duties and responsibilities will include: - Provide leadership and support in the absence of Registered Managers. - Supporting the Registered Manager''s in instances of probation, performance improvement plans for managers, sub standard inspection''s or Reg44 visits, - Ensure high standards of care and compliance across multiple residential homes. - They will need to be decisive and solutions-focused, you cannot be afraid to step on the occasional toe if it means offering better support to our young people. - Report directly to senior management on operational and strategic matters.
