Peripatetic Home Manager

Overview

Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an award-winning elderly care provider for a Peripatetic Home Manager in the South East area

This role does have elements of both Regional Support Management & Peripatetic Management. Due to the companies growth, this region-now has the need for someone to help support the regional team and fill in gaps where needed. You may be asked to oversee a home for a short period of time while a Manager is absent, on sick leave or a recruitment process is taking place.

Alternatively, when all managers are in place, you will be asked to support services with audits, troubleshoooting, inductions, training and other various aspects that you would come across as a Care Home Manager.-

The candidate

The ideal Peripatetic Home Manager should be someone who has good communciation skills and is open to working in different envirnoments. Ideally you would be an exisiting Home Manager or Peripatetic Manager / Regional Manager for a care home group and have a good CQC background with a full drivers license
