The home is a medium sized elderly care home that provides Residential and Dementia care. The home is performing well operationally with good occuopancy levels and a strong staff team. It is also compliant with CQC and is rated Good. Ideally the provider would like someone to come in and support for 3 months with a view to going full time and supporting head-office once this placement is completed. The candidate The ideal Peripatetic Home Manager should be someone who has good communciation skills and is open to working in different envirnoments.
