Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in scrubbing for consultant led surgeries that vary in complexity and specialism, such as orthopaedicsou will assess patient''s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.Develop care plans that are appropriate to the patient, taking into consideration the care pathway, perioperative risks and their wellbeingProvide exemplary planned care for patients and assist in the management and organisation of care provision in the operating theatreAssist in scrubbing for consultant led surgeries that vary in complexity and specialism, such as orthopaedicsYou will assess patient''s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.Develop care plans that are appropriate to the patient, taking into consideration the care pathway, perioperative risks and their wellbeingProvide exemplary planned care for ..... full job details .....
