Performing Arts Duty Manager (Zero-hours)

Brighton College is seeking to appoint Performing Arts Duty Managers on a Zero-hour basis. Reporting to: Theatre Operations Manager Main purpose of the role: The Performing Arts Duty Manager will work as part of a team to take responsibility for the operation and management of the Richard Cairns Building. You will ensure that the facilities are kept to the highest standard and that exceptional levels of customer service are always delivered. Role Summary The Performing Arts Duty Manager plays a key role within the Performing Arts Team, supporting the patrons and other users of the Richard Cairns Building with the operational resource requirements for their events. The ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for theatre, music and live events, as well as being customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile. Performing Arts Duty Manager General Duties and Responsibilities: Provide a professional and friendly welcome to all users; Promote and provide an environment that is clean, safe and comfortable for all users; Ensure that all staff on duty are following the appropriate policies and procedures; Ensure timetables sessions are set up and cleared away promptly; Help with event set ups and be on hand at events to provide support; Cleaning duties as required on a day-to-day basis to achieve the highest standards of presentation, supported by the Cleaning team; Liaise with the school facilities, grounds, and cleaning departments to ensure the effective maintenance and ..... full job details .....
