Revenue Performance: Maximize revenue by procuring engaging products. Develop and implement a procurement strategy aligned with seasonal trends and consumer demand.Procurement: Product selection to drive engagement and revenue. Vendor management: establish and maintain supplier relationships for best prices and quality. Company-wide responsibility for procurement.Stock Management: Inventory control and distribution to field service engineers. Ensure efficient stock levels to meet demand without overstocking.Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data to track machine performance. Generate reports providing insights into machine performance and stock management efficiency.Continuous Improvement: Optimize procurement and stock management processes. Collaborate with the team to implement improvements and share best practices.Team Dynamics: Bring energy and enthusiasm; be a team player.Experience and Qualifications: Proficiency with data and reporting. Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions. Prior procurement and stock management experience. Continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative, energetic approach.Remuneration and Hours: Base salary £40,000 - £45,000 with substantial performance bonus based on targets. Working hours: Thu 8:15am – Fri 5:00pm (with related schedule details as applicable).Qualifications
