About the Role The Performance Optimisation Manager is responsible for defining and delivering the operational performance strategy across Field Operations, driving sustainable improvements in productivity, customer experience, operational efficiency, workforce utilisation, and commercial outcomes. Working in partnership with operational leaders, the role provides strategic insight, robust performance governance, and continuous improvement leadership to ensure business objectives are translated into measurable results. Through data-driven decision making, process optimisation, and organisational influence, the Performance Optimisation Manager will identify opportunities to enhance performance, remove operational barriers, and deliver tangible business value.
