This role is ideal for a hands-on digital media professional who can quickly assess, optimise and scale performance marketing activity while implementing robust audience, attribution and measurement frameworks. Working within a fast-paced marketing function, you will drive media effectiveness across the full customer journey, leveraging first-party data, advanced targeting techniques and data-led insights to maximise return on media investment. Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Funnel Media Planning and Optimisation Plan, execute and optimise integrated media campaigns across digital channels. Manage performance activity across social, programmatic, video and retail media platforms. Develop audience-first media strategies that drive measurable commercial outcomes. Continuously test, learn and optimise campaigns to improve efficiency and performance. Audience Strategy and Data Management Build and activate audience segments using first, second and third-party data sources.
