About the RoleAs a
Performance Marketing Manager , you will:
Lead major media projects across a mix of paid social, paid search, video, and programmatic channels.Devise data-driven media strategies that shape client agendas, not just execute orders.Develop audience targeting profiles and campaign plans based on a deep understanding of global media.Actively manage and optimise campaigns to ensure maximum impact.Work closely with creative and strategy teams to deliver bold, innovative media solutions.Use data to craft compelling insights and stories about campaign performance.Occasionally support weekend work during championship weekends, compensated with time off in lieu at a generous rate.
Skills and Experience RequiredWe are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on professional with:
6+ years’ experience in performance marketing, media planning, or a related role.Expertise in paid social, paid search, programmatic, and video advertising.Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SEO, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and dashboard development.A logical and pragmatic approach to media strategy and budget management.The ability to simplify complex marketing concepts into clear, actionable strategies.A curious mindset—always asking ‘why’ and uncovering the mechanisms behind trends.Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting strategies and results with clarity.
