Performance Marketing Manager Responsibilities Work with in-house digital teams on the management of PPC campaigns, social media and display advertising. Comprehensive campaign management. Data-driven user acquisition. Create and deliver the digital paid media strategy to generate sales leads and boost conversions. Implement channel specific strategies to continuously improve performance. Experimental marketing and performance reporting. Budget management Cross functional collaboration and agency / supplier management. Performance Marketing Manager Skills Required Extensive experience in digital campaign management from strategy to execution. Knowledge of digital and social media best practice. Advanced knowledge of A/B testing. Proficient in Google Ads and Google Analytics. Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills. Experience of budget and project management.
