About the role
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially-minded PM Channels Lead to join our Performance Marketing team at Moonpig. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving scalable growth across our performance marketing channels including PPC, Paid Social, Shopping, SEO, Affiliates, Display, YouTube, and App. You’ll lead a team of channel specialists, collaborating with Product, Data and Tech, and partnering with country teams to ensure performance marketing plays a central role in delivering our commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and evolve Moonpig’s global performance marketing strategyOversee delivery across key digital channels: PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliates, etc.Own channel budgets, performance KPIs, and media partner relationshipsCollaborate with Product, Data and Tech to remove blockers and drive channel improvementsUse data and insight to inform decision-making and shape strategic conversationsWork closely with country teams to co-own performance outcomes and planningLead, coach, and develop a multi-level team of channel specialistsRepresent performance marketing across senior forums and planning cycles
About You
10+ years of experience in performance marketing across multiple digital channelsProven success delivering channel-led growth at scaleStrong commercial acumen with ability to link marketing to PandL impactConfident partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional leadersDeep experience working with Product, Data and Tech to drive performance outcomesInspirational people leader who builds high-performing, engaged teamsExcellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skillsFluent in GA4, attribution models, forecasting, and performance reporting tools
