As part of Saturn Holdings Ltd., you’ll work closely with teams across the group and play a pivotal role in enhancing profitability and driving business insight through data-led decision-making.What You''ll Be Doing:Lead performance analysis across business classes, schemes, and distribution channels.Drive strategic actions to support performance vs. forecast – including pricing, loss ratio, and combined operating ratio initiatives.Build and manage oversight frameworks with key outsourcing partners such as Markerstudy and MISL.Deliver insight to Board and Executive Committees via high-impact reporting and MI.Influence and support initiatives across customer experience, compliance, and product performance.Embed Consumer Duty principles throughout the performance strategy.What We’re Looking For:Experience managing PandL in Personal or Commercial Lines insurance.Proven success in performance/portfolio management within insurance supply chains.Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder engagement.Degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or similar).Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.Ready to Shape Performance with Purpose?Apply today and help us set the standard for performance excellence in insurance. ..... full job details .....
