Performance Manager
Job PurposeThis role is responsible for leading the management, analysis, and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with a large, contract-driven operational environment. The Performance Manager will streamline and formalise processes to improve workflow efficiency, ensure contractual and legal compliance, and support continuous improvement across quality, environmental, and health and safety standards.Working closely with senior managers, operational teams, and external stakeholders, the role plays a key part in ensuring performance data is accurate, meaningful, and clearly communicated.Key Accountabilities(Reporting to the Business Manager)KPI Management and ReportingAnalyse, manage, and report on KPIs using performance dashboardsProduce clear performance analysis, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement areasCollate and submit monthly, quarterly, annual, and business continuity reports in line with contractual requirementsProcess and Systems ImprovementImplement and maintain monitoring systems for performance targets through process mappingDevelop, formalise, and communicate new or improved operational processesSupport the introduction, monitoring, and review of new systems and toolsCompliance and AuditMaintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) through robust document controlCoordinate and support internal and external audit programmesEnsure operational compliance with legal obligations and contract requirementsManage and report non-compliance ..... full job details .....
