Performance Manager- Facilities

Your new companyYou will be joining a leading facilities management provider responsible for delivering a high-profile Hard FM contract within a complex Defence estate.This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, established operation where performance, compliance and service delivery are critical. Working across operational delivery, scheduling, technical compliance, quality and support functions, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement across the contract.The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining home working with regular travel to operational sites.Your new roleAs Performance Manager, you will take ownership of contract performance, using data and operational insight to ensure contractual obligations, SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved.Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will monitor and analyse performance across the contract, identifying trends, risks and areas for improvement. Crucially, this role is not simply about producing reports. You will use the information available to understand the underlying causes of performance issues and turn your findings into measurable operational improvements.Please note that this role will involve working on and visiting a site where animal testing takes place. Your key responsibilities will include: Monitoring and analysing contractual KPIs, SLAs and wider performance data.
