Performance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Performance Manager to join the team of an established organisation on a temporary basis until May 2027 Performance Manager Monday to Friday Interim - up until May 2027 Location: WFH with travel to sites as required The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring and improving operational performance across the contract, providing accurate and insightful reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities of the Performance Manager: Develop and produce regular operational performance reports across the contract. Monitor performance trends, identifying risks, issues and opportunities for improvement. Produce accurate, timely and insightful reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders. Lead performance review processes, ensuring key performance information is clearly understood and acted upon. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to review, analyse and discuss performance data. Identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of actions to drive better operational performance. Provide clear analysis and insight to support effective decision-making. About the Performance Manager We are looking for someone with strong analytical and reporting skills who can confidently interpret performance data and communicate findings to a range of stakeholders.
