Performance and Insights Manager

Do you enjoy turning complex information into clear insight and helping others understand what the data is telling them? This role will help shape how we use data, reporting and insight to improve contract management, strengthen governance, and manage risk. The role will play an important part in helping ensure that commercial decisions are informed by high-quality data and evidence. About the Role You will support the development, improvement, and use of data from a range of sources within the organisation. Working with colleagues across all sectors of the business, you will help transform complex data into clear dashboards, reports and recommendations that support commercial planning, performance reporting and service improvement. You will: Establish and manage reporting that enables frontline teams, operational managers, Heads of Service, the Senior Management Team and Board to understand performance and make informed decisions.
