About the Role This is a brand-new role created to support the continued growth and success of our Financial Services division. As Performance and Development Manager, you will play a vital role in developing both new and experienced Mortgage Advisors, ensuring they have the skills, confidence, and support to thrive. From delivering engaging onboarding programmes to coaching established advisors, you will work within our Training and Competency (TandC) framework to drive performance, improve customer outcomes, and embed best practice across the business.
