Job Type: This is a pivotal role that supports our strategic planning, funding applications, and service development through robust evidence and insight. You’ll work across the organisation to build data capacity, manage social value calculations, and produce compelling impact reports for funders, commissioners and trustees.Essential requirements
Good interpersonal, motivational and communication skillsCollect, clean, and manage data from multiple sourcesExperience of data analysis and impact reporting (including developing dashboards)Experience of implementing and using social value frameworksAbility to effectively use IT including efficiency in data toolsEnsure data systems comply with GDPR and internal policiesUnderstand confidentiality and professionalism in the workplaceHome-Start Kirklees is committed to a policy of equality and diversity which respects the identity, rights and value of all individuals.
