The Role Sitting within HSCCA''s wider delivery, assurance and governance model, the role will strengthen performance and benefits information while remaining distinct from programme delivery. It will help decision-makers assess whether delivery is achieving value, whether benefits are credible and whether the evidence is robust enough to support assurance, scrutiny and improvement. In a highly accountable public sector environment, the role will help build the practical performance, benefits and evaluation capability HSCCA needs to make transparent, evidence-based decisions and demonstrate outcomes, impact and value for money.
