The successful candidate will play a key role in measuring service performance, delivering actionable insights, and driving continuous improvement across digital services and transformation programmes.This role requires expertise in performance measurement frameworks, analytics strategy, stakeholder engagement, and digital service optimisation, alongside hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and associated analytics tooling.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement performance measurement frameworks aligned with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.Define and monitor KPIs, success measures, and performance indicators across digital services.Analyse user behaviour, service performance, and operational outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.Provide actionable insights to Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Service Owners, and senior stakeholders.Support digital transformation initiatives through data-driven decision making and evidence-based recommendations.Prepare analytical evidence for service assessments ..... full job details .....
