Day-to-day of the role: Collect and collate performance data from various departments within the organisation. Prepare and deliver performance reports according to a strict monthly schedule to ensure timely availability for business stakeholder review. Work collaboratively with team members across the business to gather comments and action plans, and to document KPI definitions. Enhance the usability and impact of performance reporting by working towards its automation. Conduct routine data quality checks to maintain the integrity of KPI information.
