Performance Analyst Contract | Up to £350 per day | Active SC Clearance Required We''re supporting a major public sector organisation on the search for an experienced Performance Analyst to join a high-profile digital programme. This is an opportunity to work on services used at national scale, helping shape decision-making through data-driven insights and performance measurement. What you''ll be doing Developing and maintaining performance frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analysing service and product performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. Designing and building dashboards and reporting solutions to support stakeholders and delivery teams. Presenting insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Working closely with researchers, developers, testers and product teams to ensure data is used effectively across the service life cycle. Supporting agile delivery teams by providing regular performance reporting and evidence-based recommendations. What we''re looking for Strong experience in digital performance analysis and data visualisation. Proven ability to create dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar. Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
