Overview

Join our Home Solutions Optimisation team in British Gas as a Performance Analyst. You''ll help drive collaborative performance reporting and insightful analysis for the Planning function. You will support teams by managing scorecards, encouraging improvement initiatives, and assisting with strategic decision-making.

About the role

• Manage performance scorecards for Home Solutions products, ensuring effective monitoring and analysis of areas for improvement.

• Lead weekly performance calls, driving actionable insights and supporting team development.

• Work closely with strategy, field, planning, commercial, finance, and forecasting teams, building trust and effective working relationships.

• Deliver clear, diagnostic, and forward-looking analysis to support leadership decisions.

• Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate on solutions to address performance gaps.

• Promote collaboration and stakeholder engagement across the business.

What We''re Looking For

• Proficient in presenting data to all organisational levels, including senior leadership, with clarity and precision.

• Experience in optimising team performance, fostering growth, and driving continuous improvement.

• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills, and an inclusive approach to problem-solving.

• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, Power BI, Salesforce, Dynamics, and Oracle.

• Action-oriented, detail-focused, supportive of others, and able to see the bigger picture.
